Is Lovelock closing?
Our Baylen Street studio classes end October 31, 2026. Lovelock Massage continues as we move into a new space. The planned opening is early November; the exact date is still being confirmed.
Where should I go for my appointment?
For visits through October 31, come to 213 South Baylen Street unless your confirmation gives a different location. Our future massage address is 921 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Check your appointment confirmation and our updates before traveling during the move.
What happens to my remaining class credits?
Plan to use every studio class credit by October 31. Studio classes will not continue at the new massage space, and class credits expire on that date. Please contact us now if you need help finding classes that fit your schedule.
I have a Signature membership. What changes for me?
Your email from Crystal explains your move to a massage membership, the renewal date, and any protected rate. If your transition plan confirms a $133 monthly 90-minute membership, that rate is protected for 12 months. The timing is specific to your membership; please check your individual email.
What is a studio transition credit?
Where applicable, we’re adding a studio transition credit for the studio portion of a renewal that extends beyond our final class day. It is separate from your class credits and may be used for retail, gift cards, or add-ons. Your email confirms the amount and when it is applied.
Will my studio membership renew again?
Final renewal arrangements vary by member. Some plans have a final October renewal; others end on their normal renewal date without another charge. Your email from Crystal is the guide for your account. Please reach out if you have not received it.
Can I still attend after my membership term ends?
Yes, through October 31. Reserve and pay for those classes while your membership is still active to use an eligible member drop-in discount. If you are unsure which discount applies, ask us before booking.
Will my massage membership and gift cards continue?
Massage memberships continue with Lovelock. Your gift cards can still be used toward eligible massage services after the studio closes; the October 31 deadline applies to studio classes. Any individual gift-card terms still apply.
Will childcare continue at the new location?
Mindful Play remains available with eligible studio classes through October 31. We have not announced childcare at the new massage location. Please ask us about your appointment needs before booking.
Are Lovelock and Total Wellness becoming one business?
We’ll share a location and a belief in thoughtful, personal care, while remaining separate businesses. Book massage and energy work with Lovelock; contact Total Wellness separately for Jade Fricks’s functional-medicine health consulting.
