Our goal is a relaxing, healing & tailored experience for each appointment service we offer. In order to enable us to deliver that experience with care, consistency and fairness to each client that we serve, we have implemented the following policies:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS and do not have a receptionist.
Appointments can be booked online up to 60 days in advance.
For same-day appointments, the online booking window is 3 HOURS, meaning you cannot book an appointment that starts less than 3 hours from the time of booking, to provide enough time for therapist/practitioner travel & pre-setting the environment & equipment needed.
You may call, text or email us if you would like to try for a same-day appointment time that's less than 3 hours away and we will do our best to accommodate you when possible, but cannot guarantee the availability of a specific therapist, practitioner, service or time slot for same-day appointments outside the online booking window.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment or notify us in advance will be billed for the full price of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies, illnesses or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, however this is to be determined at the practitioner's discretion.
Late Arrival Policy
All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to complete the Client Intake Form. For all other appointments, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to undress and get on the table to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Session Termination
Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.
Draping Policy
Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet and/or blanket and/or towel(s) at all times during their massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged, per Florida law.
We understand that life gets complicated, and exceptions to this policy may be made for emergency situations on a case by case basis with proper communication. We ask that you call, text, or email us as far ahead of your appointment time as possible if you have an emergency situation that will prevent you from attending, as there may be others on the waiting for that time-slot and a cancellation or no show represents lost opportunities for multiple parties.
We also strive to deliver a luxurious, relaxing & tailored experience for each class & workshop we offer. The policies below enable us to deliver that experience with care, consistency and fairness to each student and participant that we serve.
We provide mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, balls, straps & weights for each participant, as appropriate to each offering.
BOOKING
The online booking window closes 30 minutes before the start of each offering to provide enough time for your instructor or facilitator to pre-set the environment & equipment needed.
If you miss the online booking window, but decide you would still like to to join an offering, or wish to drop-in & pay cash, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class so you can sign up, pay for class, sign a waiver, and allow your instructor to provide the appropriate equipment, without disrupting the scheduled start of the offering.
In general, we ask that all participants plan to arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the start of any offerings to account for downtown parking, check-in, restroom use, and connecting with fellow participants and your instructor.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
The late cancellation window begins 6 hours before the start of any offering.
If you cancel your attendance before the late cancellation window, you'll automatically receive credit back to your account for future use and bookings made using pre-paid/class packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically added back to the package or usage limit.
If you cancel your attendance within the late cancellation window OR do not show up for class, you will forfeit your drop-in price, package or membership credit and will not receive credit back to your account and bookings made using pre-paid/class packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically deducted from their package or usage limit.
Customers who late cancel or no-show more than once in a rolling 30 day period will be charged an additional $10 per late cancel or no-show.

Below is our general waiver for you to read and access at any time. It is required for you to eSign this waiver in Momence before you participate in any physical activity at the Studio.
To participate in any way at LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS, LLC, massage therapy, hypnosis, spiritual advising, sound healing, energy healing/Reiki group fitness studio, virtual/online classes, related events (on-site or off-site) and activities, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that:
1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program may be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest staff member immediately; and,
4) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS, LLC.,their directors, officers, officials, agents, volunteers, contractors and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law; and,
5) I understand I am voluntarily participating to take part in activities at LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS, LLC. and/or their studio sponsored event, knowing that it is impossible to keep myself or anyone else who takes part in the event (indoor or outdoor) completely safe from exposure to any infectious diseases.
I HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS, LLC, AFFILIATED ENTITIES, THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN THE EVENT I, ANY FAMILY MEMBER, OR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTRACTS COVID-19, MULTI-INFLAMMATION SYNDROME, OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE INFECTION AS A DIRECT OR INDIRECT RESULT OF MY ATTENDANCE AT LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS PROGRAMS.
This release shall remain in effect as long as I take part in such events.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
I hereby grant LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS, LLC permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS, LLC and will not be returned.
I hereby irrevocably authorize the LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS, LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge LOVELOCK HEALING ARTS, LLC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS AS EVIDENCED BY THEIR SIGNATURES BELOW.
