You'll discuss your preferences before settling onto the table. Draping is maintained, and you can change the pressure, pause, or decline work on any area.

A 60-minute visit makes room for a full-body reset. Choose 90 or 120 minutes if you'd like more time to settle in.
Does relaxation massage have to use very light pressure?
No. Tell us what feels comfortable. The pace and pressure can be adjusted throughout your session.
